Affectionately known as Dr. Eli, his clinical, educational, and research interests span over the past 50 years and include: Body Imaging, MSK Ultrasound, Interventional Radiology, Medical Education, Neuroradiology, and Tropical Medicine. Dr. Eli is an Active Regular Member of the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA). His lifetime publications include hundreds of peer-reviewed articles, abstracts, chapters, textbooks, scientific and educational conferences, and international funded health and educational projects. Dr. Eli was awarded the RSNA grant for International Visiting Professor (IVP) Algeria, Ethiopia, Uganda, Zambia, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. He is an Associate Professor of Radiology and the Master of Sciences in Global Health at McMaster in Ontario, Canada, and a Professor of Medical Imaging in the AUA Department of Anatomy and Medical Imaging. Dr. Eli currently holds the position of Registered Specialist Consultant Radiologist at the University Health Clinic.
